Quinoa Sabi is a modern and up beat sushi venue. Found primarily in bigger or more populated cities, this food truck becomes a site specific pop up restaurant, leaving customer to look forward to seasonal hours and specials.
Instead of using rice, the sushi is primarily made with quinoa as a healthy alternative. Quinoa Sabi’s approach is very clean cut, sophisticated, and edgy. Keeping to a certain aesthetic, the branding carries a well thought out sense of design through their food, and packaging.
Origami is a consistent theme throughout their branding. It is a way for their company to have one common concept as well as a way to fold and meld cultures and personalities together.
